Move website intake into your team’s workflow.

TMN Flow designs and manages practice-branded intake pages that send agreed application details into an approved healthcare platform.

Your platform remains the system of record. TMN handles the custom page, implementation, testing, monitoring, and support.

Operational status, no patient fields

The intake team reviews the record instead of creating it from an email.

A family, patient, or referral source completes a page built around the practice. TMN Flow validates the submission, maps the agreed details, and sends them through the platform’s approved connection.

The existing website can stay in place. The connected intake page can live on a linked page or subdomain, or it can be built into a full website rebuild.

What happens after someone selects submit

The exact fields and destinations are agreed before launch.

The page collects the agreed intake

The form uses the practice’s branding, questions, required fields, location choices, and plain-language guidance.

  • Mobile-first form behavior
  • Visible validation and recovery
  • Existing staff notification can remain in place

The server checks and maps it

Platform credentials stay on the backend. TMN Flow applies the signed-off mapping and keeps the public page separate from the connection credentials.

  • Allowed fields and values only
  • Client-specific routing rules
  • Delivery state recorded separately

The team opens a usable record

The platform creates the supported intake or referral record. Staff review, verify, and continue the organization’s normal intake process.

  • Platform stays the system of record
  • Submission and destination can be reconciled
  • Exceptions are routed for review

A managed implementation, built around the actual intake process

TMN Flow is delivered as a service. The practice does not receive another generic dashboard to configure.

Intake review

Document the current form, staff notification, platform, locations, field destinations, and exceptions.

Custom page

Design the page to match the practice and make the required information easier to complete on a phone.

Integration

Connect through approved access, keep credentials off the public page, and map only the agreed workflow.

Acceptance

Run a synthetic end-to-end submission, confirm the destination record, and obtain intake-team signoff before launch.

Monitoring and support

Track operational delivery state, investigate exceptions, and maintain the agreed page and connection.

Start with the website you have or rebuild the full experience

Both paths begin with a technical review of the platform access, fields, routing, notifications, and data-handling responsibilities.

Connected intake page

For a practice that wants to keep its current website and replace a manual intake handoff.

  • 1 branded intake page
  • 1 agreed application workflow
  • Link or subdomain setup with the current website team
  • Acceptance testing, monitoring, and support

Full website and integration

For a practice that needs a new public site, conversion path, and connected intake workflow together.

  • Custom website strategy, design, and build
  • Connected intake page included in the scope
  • Search and AI-readable foundations
  • Private review and launch testing
Review a website project

Additional organizations, workflows, languages, file uploads, scheduling, eligibility checks, EHR writeback, and historical imports require separate technical review.

Security is reviewed as part of the implementation

Healthcare intake can involve sensitive information. TMN documents the data path and platform access before a new workflow goes live.

Backend credentials

Connection credentials are held in the server environment and are not included in the page a visitor opens.

Agreed data flow

The client, platform, and TMN confirm the intended fields, storage locations, notifications, access, retention, and deletion responsibilities.

Operational monitoring

Delivery records use submission identifiers and status details rather than copying patient fields into the monitoring ledger.

Documented limits

TMN does not make a blanket compliance claim for a client’s full environment. Each organization remains responsible for its own legal, security, and vendor review.

A controlled path from review to launch

No production connection begins until access, mapping, ownership, and the acceptance test are defined.

  2. MapRequired answers, destination fields, locations, exceptions, and owners
  3. BuildPractice-branded page, server connection, validation, and monitoring

Questions operators and platform teams ask

Can this work with a website TMN did not build?

Yes. The connected page can be linked from an existing website or placed on a client-approved subdomain. We coordinate the handoff with whoever manages the current site.

Which healthcare platforms can TMN Flow connect to?

Fit depends on the platform’s approved API, the client’s account permissions, and the workflow the platform supports. We confirm those details before quoting or promising a connection.

Does the platform replace the existing staff email?

It does not have to. The existing notification can remain while the agreed details are also delivered into the platform. Notification recipients and content are confirmed for each organization.

What happens if a delivery is uncertain?

The workflow should keep the captured submission available, record the operational state, and route uncertain outcomes for review. It should not blindly create another record when the first result may already exist.

Is TMN Flow a separate software subscription?

TMN Flow is a managed implementation and support service from TMN Creative. The healthcare platform remains separate, and any required platform subscription or API access is purchased from that provider.

Show us the intake process you want to improve.

We will review the current website, platform, form, and staff handoff, then tell you what appears feasible and what still needs technical confirmation.
