Privacy Policy.
Last updated: August 14, 2026
True Margin North, LLC (“TMN Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website tmncreative.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through our website forms, including your name, email address, phone number (if provided), firm or company, current website URL, service interest, project details, timing, planned investment, and any discovery source you choose to report.
We also collect limited website usage and attribution data. This can include visited page paths, referrer domain, device and browser categories, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, general AI-referral detection, and form or call-to-action events. We do not intentionally place names, email addresses, phone numbers, project details, or other form answers in analytics event names or Calendly tracking URLs.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, provide a site review, schedule a call, evaluate project fit, deliver purchased services, and send communications related to your inquiry or project. We use aggregate analytics and attribution data to understand which pages and sources lead to inquiries, improve the website, measure advertising, and diagnose form or conversion problems.
Phone Communication
If you provide a phone number, we may use it for a direct call or one-to-one message about the inquiry you submitted. Submitting a website form is not consent to recurring marketing text messages. If we offer a separate SMS program, its opt-in terms will be presented where consent is collected.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent the information submitted through our forms. We use service providers for website hosting and forms, email, scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement, payment processing, and project operations. Those providers receive information needed for the service they perform and process it under their own terms, privacy notices, and our account configuration.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses Plausible Analytics and Fathom Analytics for website measurement. It also loads the Google Ads tag and Meta Pixel on certain pages for advertising and conversion measurement. Google and Meta may use cookies or similar identifiers depending on your browser, location, consent settings, and their platform configuration.
Our first-party attribution helper uses localStorage and sessionStorage to remember limited source context. TMN landing URLs are reduced to origin and path, external referrers are reduced to their origin, and recognized campaign or advertising identifiers are stored separately. First-touch attribution expires after 90 days. Current AI, vertical, and booking-source context expires after 30 minutes without another site interaction.
Links to Calendly include non-sensitive UTM values that identify tmncreative.com, the source page and link placement, and a general acquisition category such as direct, search, referral, or a recognized AI assistant. Calendly associates those values with a completed booking. We do not add form answers or direct personal information to those URLs.
You can clear site storage and cookies through your browser and use the privacy controls available through Google, Meta, and other providers. Blocking a script or storage may reduce attribution accuracy without preventing you from viewing the site or submitting a form.
Data Retention
Browser attribution data is limited as described above. Inquiry and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Retention periods can vary based on the relationship and the systems involved.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at tn@truemarginnorth.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
