Services
TMN Creative provides web design, website development, and lead conversion system services for businesses. Specific project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements between TMN Creative and each client.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
By opting in to receive text messages through our website contact form, you consent to receive SMS messages from True Margin North, LLC. These messages relate to your inquiry, project status, appointment confirmations, and customer care communications.
You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to SMS messages.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To get help, reply HELP to any message or email [email protected].
SMS consent is not required to purchase any services. Supported carriers include all major US carriers. True Margin North, LLC will not share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You must be 18 years or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program.
True Margin North, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS program.
Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the site.
Intellectual Property
All content on tmncreative.com, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of True Margin North, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Client Work and Ownership
Upon full payment for completed projects, clients receive full ownership of the website files and assets created for their project. TMN Creative retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. TMN Creative uses Stripe for payment processing. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
TMN Creative provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
