Parks Wealth Partners: a breakaway advisor website.

A CFP® professional launching his own marketing name under Osaic Wealth, Inc., serving families approaching retirement and business owners in Baltimore County, Maryland and South Florida. Every page was written for the broker-dealer's advertising review before launch. First inquiry Aug 12, 2026. Homepage concept ready that afternoon. Live on the firm's domain Sep 8, about 80 minutes after the review clearance was forwarded.

A registered domain, a parking page, and a review queue.

Jon Parks spent 20 years running businesses before wealth management, including a partnership at a national marketing and advertising agency. In August 2026 he was leaving a branch marketing name to launch his own under the same broker-dealer. The domain was registered. Nothing was on it. Every page he published would have to be submitted for Osaic's advertising review first.

Found through ChatGPT

Jon asked ChatGPT for a website designer for a financial advisor and TMN was on the shortlist. He submitted the free preview form at 8:50am CT on Aug 12, 2026 and forwarded the ChatGPT answer that afternoon so TMN could see what it had been compared against.

A marketing name under a broker-dealer

Jon is dual-registered, Series 7 and Series 66. Securities and investment advisory services are offered through Osaic Wealth, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. That shapes the copy on every page: fee-based, never fee-only, no independent-RIA framing, and the broker-dealer disclosure in every footer.

Review before launch, not after

A site for an Osaic-affiliated advisor is submitted for advertising review before it goes live. Every page had to be finished, exported to PDF, and submitted, and TMN did not connect the domain until the review clearance was forwarded. TMN does not approve or certify advertising for any advisor.

2 markets, 1 practice

The practice serves Baltimore County, Maryland and South Florida. It needed local pages for both without claiming an office in any town where there is none.

A credential still in the mail

Jon's CFP® certification was awarded Aug 18, 2026, 6 days after the first call. TMN held the mark off the site until Jon confirmed the certification and the certificate arrived. After that it followed CFP Board's usage rules.

What TMN built into the site.

The site was written for the review it had to pass, with the advisor's regulatory status stated the same way on every page, and then built to serve 2 markets from 1 practice.

  • Written for the review firstThe Osaic disclosure block sits in the footer of every page with the FINRA and SIPC links, the 13 states where the advisor holds securities registrations and the 3 where he is registered for advisory services, and a link to the public disclosures page, which identifies Form CRS and Form ADV as required firm documents. FINRA BrokerCheck is linked 3 times. The site says fee-based throughout and never fee-only.
  • The CFP® mark, added when it was earnedThe certification was awarded Aug 18, 2026. The mark was added after Jon confirmed it and the certificate arrived, as an adjective with the registered symbol, and in the 2 after-name placements used on the site. The homepage and About page link to CFP Board's verification page.
  • 8 market pages without 8 officesDeerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Boynton Beach in Florida. Reisterstown, Owings Mills, Baltimore, and Towson in Maryland. Towson and Fort Lauderdale are written as reach pages, and no page claims an office that does not exist.
  • A cash balance plans page for business ownersOne of the practice's 2 audiences is business owners, so the site carries a dedicated page on cash balance plans rather than a line in a services list.
  • The advisor's wordmark, unboxedThe wordmark came from Jon's logo designer in 2 lockups, with and without a rule box. TMN used the unboxed version and set it against the site's type, Newsreader and Libre Franklin, over a still frame from a stock aerial of Deerfield Beach. TMN did not design the logo.
  • Structured data that matches the footerFinancialService and Person schema, 4 EducationalOccupationalCredential entries for the CFP® certification through CFP Board and the FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and SIE, alumniOf for both universities, FAQPage markup, and areaServed for both states.
  • Hand-coded, 1 third-party scriptStatic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the firm's domain, no framework, Netlify Forms with a honeypot for the contact form, and a privacy-respecting analytics tag as the only third-party script. Anyone can confirm that by viewing the source.
  • Changes go back through reviewAny change after launch is resubmitted through the same advertising review before it is published. That discipline is part of site care for a broker-dealer-affiliated practice, and the compliance guide covers the disclosure structure.

Claims the site does not make.

A breakaway advisor site is judged as much by what it leaves out as by what it says. These are the lines the copy holds on every page, and this case study holds them too.

Fee-based, never fee-only

The advisor is dual-registered. The site describes the practice as fee-based on every page that describes compensation and never uses fee-only.

No blanket fiduciary claim

The site does not claim a fiduciary standard at all times. Its footer identifies the broker-dealer relationship and links a dedicated disclosures page.

Not an independent RIA

Parks Wealth Partners is a marketing name. Securities and investment advisory services are offered through Osaic Wealth, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, and every page says so.

No office where there is none

The Towson and Fort Lauderdale pages describe the practice's reach into those areas. Neither claims an office.

No performance, assets, or testimonials

The site publishes no performance figures, assets under management, client counts, or client testimonials, and this case study reports none.

Review is process, not endorsement

Every page was prepared, exported to PDF, and submitted for Osaic's advertising review, and the review clearance was forwarded before TMN connected the domain. That is the broker-dealer's process for its affiliated advisors. It is not an endorsement of the site or of TMN, and TMN does not certify compliance for any advisor.

What is public and verifiable today.

This case study stays inside the evidence. It claims no rankings, lead volume, or client outcomes for the practice. The site launched Sep 8, 2026 and there is no performance history to report yet. Page reviewed Sep 11, 2026.

How to verify TMN Creative itself

The firm site is live

The published site presents who the practice serves, cash balance plans for business owners, the advisor and practice manager, 8 local market pages, Insights, disclosures, and a contact path on the firm's own domain.

View Live Website

TMN's role is credited publicly

The live site's footer reads “Site by TMN Creative” beneath the Osaic disclosure block, providing corroboration outside tmncreative.com.

Review the Public Credit

The advisor is checkable

The site links FINRA BrokerCheck, CRD 6415309, in 3 places. BrokerCheck is maintained by FINRA rather than by the advisor, the broker-dealer, or TMN.

Open BrokerCheck

The CFP® certification is checkable

The homepage and About page link to CFP Board's verification page, where anyone can look up a CFP® professional by name.

Open CFP Board Verification

The build is inspectable

The sitemap lists 17 URLs: 16 public pages plus the contact form's thank-you page (checked Sep 11, 2026). View source on any page shows hand-written markup, JSON-LD for the practice and the advisor, and a single third-party script.

The breakaway path is documented

What an advisor launching a new marketing name needs on the site, and where broker-dealer review fits in the timeline, is written up in TMN's breakaway advisor guide. It is a build reference, not legal or compliance advice.
