New RIA projects include managed hosting and care at $100/month from the agreed launch date, billed separately from the build. Care is month to month with no minimum term or cancellation fee. After full payment, you own the project-specific website files under the agreement. If you later cancel care, we provide the current website package within 5 business days of written cancellation for a coordinated move. Third-party licenses and the maintained publishing portal software are separate. Canceling care does not cancel an unpaid build balance. Existing client agreements are unchanged. If your firm requires an approved outside hosting arrangement, raise that before we quote the project.
