Cancel and your published pages stay live at their existing addresses with their existing indexing settings. Within 5 business days of written cancellation you get a portable export of portal content, unpublished drafts, and available publication records in standard file formats.
What the portal is not.
It is not a compliance review workflow. The firm stays responsible for legal, regulatory, advertising, and compliance review of everything it publishes, exactly as it would with any other publishing tool. It is not a general-purpose CMS either. It handles the content types built for your site, and new templates or integrations are quoted before work begins.

- Price
$150 per month for the portal, alongside Site Care. RIA Site Care is $100 per month. The recommended combined operating setup is $250 per month.
- Term
Month to month. No setup fee when the portal is selected at launch, no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no 12-month contract.
- Ownership
The website and every page published to it are yours. The portal application, its source code, and its authentication layer remain TMN Creative's and are provided while the monthly service is active.
- Exit
A portable export within 5 business days of written cancellation, covering portal content, unpublished drafts, and available publication records in standard file formats. Published pages stay live. The portal can be added again later at the then-current price.
Who this is priced for
At $150 per month the portal costs the same as 1.5 per-item publishes. A firm publishing once a quarter should skip it and pay $100 per item, which comes to $400 a year against $1,800 for the portal. A firm publishing weekly would pay roughly $5,200 a year per-item, so the portal is the cheaper mechanism at anything above 2 posts a month. Cadence is the whole decision.
