I am Trevor Niemann. Before starting TMN Creative, I spent a decade in enterprise sales and capital raising across fintech, private wealth, and logistics. I have sat on the sales side of the table, the investor side, and the operator side. TMN Creative is the productized version of work I have already been doing for years.

The story

I spent 10 years selling to sophisticated buyers, then 2 years digitizing one from the inside.

My first decade was in enterprise sales and capital raising across fintech, private wealth, and family offices. I sat across the table from operators and advisors on the deals that mattered.

That seat teaches you something most web designers never see. You watch how sophisticated buyers actually decide. They open a tab, glance for 4 seconds, and quietly sort the firm into one of two buckets. Worth the meeting. Or not.

But the experience that turned this into a business was Dispatch.

In 2022 I joined a transportation company running on phone calls. No portal, no real intake, capped by how many calls a human could answer.

So I built them out. Website, client landing pages, intake portals wired straight into the CRM. While I built the system, I closed the customers who would use it. Knight-Swift, Werner, JB Hunt, Paschall.

TMN Creative exists to do the same for the firms I would have been selling to. Fast, custom, and wired to actually move the business forward.
