Yes. WordPress to hand-coded is one of our most common redesigns. We export supported existing content through WordPress XML or the REST API, rebuild it as static HTML and CSS, map old URLs to the new structure, rebuild appropriate schema, and preserve supported metadata. Speed and conversion results depend on the original site, content, hosting, traffic, and launch conditions, so we measure the rebuilt site against the client's actual baseline.
