Who this is for, and who decides.
This checklist is for practice owners and administrators, and for the consultants and partners who forward it to them. The practice and its reviewers approve the data flow, the vendors and contracts, the safeguards, and every credential, treatment claim, image, and disclosure. TMN builds the public website and the intake connection. TMN does not certify HIPAA compliance and does not approve clinical, privacy, or advertising claims.
The checks save in this browser only. Nothing is sent to TMN when you tick a box. Print the list for your reviewer, or clear it and start over.
Before the website goes public
The gate. The intake path, the vendor contracts, and the tracking decision are settled before any form goes live.
At launch
The gate. A synthetic submission has gone through the live intake path and reached the right people.
The first 30 days after launch
The habit. Confirm every inquiry arrived, and route every change back to the reviewer.
If the practice uses a referral platform: TMN Flow.
For practices whose referrals already run through a referral platform with a CRM, TMN Flow adds a custom intake page that delivers the agreed submission details into that system as an incoming referral, with branded notifications. The practice keeps its website and its web team. TMN reviews the form, the access, and the notifications, maps every field, runs a synthetic submission through to the referral, and keeps monthly delivery records.
Patient details move through TMN’s own AWS environment under a signed business associate agreement, with per-practice encryption keys. Every application is encrypted twice, and the delivery records hold no patient fields. In the pilot, 22 of 22 submitted applications, including 1 test, at 1 ABA practice from Aug 24 through Sep 29, 2026, reached the practice’s system in under 7 seconds after the website stored the application.
TMN Flow is $1,500 setup, which covers $1,000 of intake consulting and a $500 page build, then $500 per month, month to month, or $5,100 prepaid for 12 months. An additional page is $250 setup and $100 per month. Prices are plus tax. Setup is charged before the build, the intake review comes first, and there are no unpaid demos.
Platform availability depends on the practice’s permissions and vendor-approved access. No platform affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Introducing a practice, or your own.
Email trevor@tmncreative.com with the practice name, a contact, the current website, the locations, any referral platform the practice uses, and the target date. Business information only. No patient records and no system credentials in email. Practice owners can send the project form or book an intake review. We reply within 24 hours, usually sooner.
Questions practices and partners ask.
Does TMN make the website HIPAA compliant?
TMN does not certify HIPAA compliance. The practice and its reviewers decide the data flow, the vendors, the business associate agreements, and the safeguards. TMN builds the public website and the intake connection to those decisions and keeps patient details out of ordinary website forms.
What should the public form ask?
As little as the intake path needs. A name, a contact method, and a short message is usually enough on the public side. Clinical detail belongs in the practice’s intake system under its own agreements.
Can we run advertising pixels on the website?
That is the practice’s decision with its reviewer. This checklist keeps advertising pixels and session replay off intake and appointment pages. Aggregate analytics with no patient fields is a separate decision, and the privacy notice has to match whatever runs.
Do we need a business associate agreement with TMN?
TMN Flow runs under a signed business associate agreement with every practice because patient details move through TMN’s environment. For an ordinary website where no patient information flows to TMN, the practice’s reviewer decides whether one is needed.
How long does a practice website take?
Essential Website and Full Site Rebuild first drafts typically target 72 hours after kickoff and receipt of materials. Custom Studio Build first reviews typically target 7 to 10 days. Launch follows the practice’s approvals and the intake test. A ready project can be live in as little as 72 hours from an agreed production kickoff.
Can we keep our current website and add only the intake page?
Yes. TMN Flow adds a custom intake page and the connection to the practice’s referral system while the practice keeps its website and its web team.
